Management Accountant

We’re currently recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Keighley.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys combining hands-on accounting responsibilities with strategic business support. You'll play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, driving business performance, and providing valuable insights to support decision-making across the organisation.

Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial reports

Support month-end and year-end accounting processes

Analyse business performance and provide meaningful financial insights

Prepare budgets, forecasts and cashflow projections

Maintain strong financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance

Reconcile sales, cost of sales and balance sheet accounts

Oversee supplier payments and statutory payment processes

Support payroll administration and related financial activities

Partner with department managers to provide financial guidance and support

Assist with stock takes, stock valuation and costing analysis

Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting

Provide support, guidance and mentoring to colleagues where required

About You

Previous experience in a Management Accountant or similar finance role

Strong financial reporting and management accounting expertise

Experience producing budgets, forecasts and cashflow reports

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of payroll processes and financial controls

Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly

Proactive, commercially minded and solutions-focused

Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
