What You’ll Be Doing

Act as first-line support, attending site to assess reactive maintenance issues reported

Works in line with service level agreements set by Tenancy Services

Carry out planned maintenance works (such as re-decoration of properties to-let)

Ability to manage and organise own workload effectively

Responsible for the use of accounts with suppliers to source parts and materials as and when needed

Carry out associated admin, such as claiming expenses or liaising with Accounts teams with purchase receipts

Purchase materials and complete works required in line with client goals and budget

Builds effective working relationships with branch staff and the Asset Manager responsible for the portfolio

Attend site as and when convenient for the client and/or tenants, developing trusted relationships

What You Need to Succeed

Fluent level of English; able to communicate effectively with customers, team members and other contractors professionally, as appropriate

Experience of working in a similar role is essential (lone working experience is advantageous)
