As a Logistics Specialist at SumUp, you will support logistics operations across Amazon and other e-commerce channels, proactively tracking order flows, resolving issues/blockers, inventory accuracy, and returns handling to maintain a high customer experience. You will work cross-functionally with sales teams, PMOs, customer service, and B2B partners - managing expectations, addressing issues proactively, and communicating logistics updates clearly. Lastly, you will develop proactive routines to anticipate and resolve transport and delivery issues before they impact operations.
The role is based on-site in our office in Berlin. We believe in the power of face-to-face conversations that happen organically when working next to one another.

Improve and streamline current Amazon logistics processes for better efficiency and reliability.
Identify and address existing process bottlenecks to minimize disruptions.
Proactively manage expectations, navigate uncertainty, and have a solid working knowledge of the Amazon transport portal to stay ahead of issues.
Effectively manage and align expectations with internal stakeholders through clear and timely communication.
Negotiate with freight partners to secure reliable and cost-effective transport capacity across regions.
Use tools like SAP logistics modules, Tableau, Google Sheets, and Excel to monitor shipments, analyze performance, and automate reporting tasks.
