In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in liaising between production facilities and logistics partners to assure successful outbound and delivery to customers, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do
Act as the liaison between production facilities and logistics partners to ensure smooth outbound operations and successful customer deliveries
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues by coordinating with logistics and last-mile partners
Support end-to-end supply chain operations, from supplier intake to final customer delivery
Collect and analyze logistics data, including error reports and weekly performance metrics
Assist in adjusting outbound logistics plans and support forecasting and operational planning
Work with customer care and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and improve service performance
What you’ll bring
1+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, transportation, or manufacturing operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to work with operational data
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
Strong communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders
