Full UK Driving Licence.

Your Mission at Elis
Lead, motivate and develop a team of Local Sales Consultants to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Deliver weekly, monthly and annual revenue and profitability objectives.
Ensure your team maintains a strong pipeline of opportunities and maximises conversion rates.
Coach and support team members to understand customer needs and secure new business opportunities.
Recruit, onboard and develop sales talent to build a high-performing team.
Monitor sales activity, performance and productivity through effective use of CRM systems.
Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Develop strong knowledge of local markets, customers and competitor activity.
Work closely with colleagues across the wider ICS Commercial function to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
Provide regular market feedback and commercial insights to the Regional Director.
