Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our client within investment banking, for a Listed Derivatives Operations Analyst, to support global listed derivatives products in a fast-paced, high-performing operations environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or operations professional looking to build a career within capital markets, working closely with clients, traders, and internal stakeholders to ensure the accurate and timely processing of derivatives transactions.
This role is based on-site 5 days per week in London. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily listed derivatives operations activities and resolve trade exceptions
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and business partners
Deliver accurate and timely processing in a deadline-driven environment
Investigate and resolve operational issues while maintaining a strong control framework
Communicate effectively with managers and stakeholders regarding risks, issues, and escalations
Contribute to an outstanding client experience through proactive service and problem resolution
Ensure adherence to operational procedures, risk controls, and firm policies
Requirements
Previous experience within Listed Derivatives Operations
Financial services, banking, or capital markets experience
Understanding of operational risk and control processes
Bachelor's degree completed
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to work towards challenging goals and deadlines
6 month contract Inside IR35 | London on-site
