The Role As Lettings Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the lettings operation and ensuring the branch continues to grow and outperform the market.

Your responsibilities will include

Driving new lettings business and increasing branch revenue.

Conducting rental valuations and winning new instructions.

Growing the managed portfolio through proactive business development.

Registering, qualifying and managing applicants.

Arranging and conducting property viewings.

Negotiating offers and securing successful lets.

Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the lettings journey.

Identifying cross-selling opportunities and referring clients to other departments.

Implementing effective canvassing and marketing strategies.

Managing branch performance against KPIs and revenue targets.

Carrying out regular one-to-one meetings, coaching and developing team members.

Ensuring full compliance with all lettings legislation and industry regulations.

Maintaining expert knowledge of the local property market.

About You We're looking for an experienced lettings professional with a proven track record of delivering results and leading successful teams.

You'll ideally have

Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Assistant Lettings Manager or Senior Lettings Negotiator.

A proven history of winning new business and growing managed portfolios.

Strong listing and valuation experience.

Experience managing, coaching or mentoring a team.

Excellent sales, negotiation and communication skills.

Outstanding customer service and relationship-building ability.

A proactive, target-driven and commercially focused approach.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Propertymark Level 3 Award in Residential Lettings & Property Management (desirable, not essential).

A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
