An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Business Development Manager to join a growing residential property business, developing relationships with letting agents across London and securing suitable properties for local authority backed tenants.

Job Title: Lettings Business Development Manager

Salary: OTE £50k - £80k per annum (Based on experience and performance)
Position: Permanent - Full Time - Hybrid

This hybrid / home based role combines business development, relationship management and negotiation, working with letting agents to secure property stock across multiple London boroughs and surrounding areas.
You'll be introducing a proven lettings solution, following up offers, working with pre-vetted applicants and helping agents achieve fast, reliable lets while building long-term commercial partnerships.
Full home working is potentially available after the initial probationary period and subject to the candidate's ability to work autonomously.
Basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 with realistic OTE of £50,000 - £80,000 based on targets
Hybrid and remote working with Monday to Friday hours
Performance related bonus structure with excellent earning potential
Autonomy to manage your own diary and business development activity
Opportunity to build long-term relationships across the London lettings market
A specialist residential property business working closely with local authorities across London
Provides letting agents with access to pre-vetted tenants and a streamlined lettings process
Handles a high volume of property placements each month across multiple London boroughs
What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Business Development Manager:
Build relationships with letting agents across London to generate new business opportunities
Introduce agents to the company's property sourcing and tenant placement service
Follow up property offers and negotiate successful lettings with agents
Work with software systems to identify suitable properties based on specification, location and pricing
Liaise with local authorities and internal teams to progress property placements efficiently
Consistently achieve weekly property letting targets through proactive business development
Previous experience in residential lettings, estate agency or property business development
Confident communicator with strong relationship building skills
Proven ability to win new business and develop commercial partnerships
Self-motivated and able to work successfully in a hybrid or remote environment
Well organised with excellent follow-up and negotiation skills
Comfortable working towards weekly and monthly performance targets
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
Knowledge of the London lettings market would be highly advantageous
