About you
You’ll come from a hands on industrial, manufacturing, engineering or operational environment and be comfortable operating within a complex, fast moving business
Proven experience operating as a Learning & Development Manager within a commercially driven organisation
Resilient, credible and confident enough to challenge, influence and build trust across all levels of the organisation
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively across both operational and leadership populations
Public sector and heavily corporate environments are unlikely to align with the realities of this workforce
