This is an exciting opportunity to lead the secure execution and seamless coordination of high-priority regulatory projects at N26.
Define and lead the bank's regulatory project portfolio. Oversee the end-to-end management, design, and execution of multiple high-impact projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to our exacting standards.
Lead, manage, and support a dedicated team of Regulatory Project Managers. Foster an inclusive, high-performing environment by setting clear goals, providing continuous mentorship, and conducting rigorous performance reviews.
Take full responsibility for the team’s strategic direction. Regularly report directly to the Executive Team and the Board of Directors on project statuses, strategic risks, and milestone achievements.
Lead structured problem-solving sessions for key company issues. Analyze highly complex organizational and regulatory problems, identify root causes, and make swift, informed decisions to mitigate systemic risks.
Collaborate closely with C-level leadership to ensure absolute strategic alignment across the organization. Serve as the definitive, central point of connection for both internal and external stakeholders.
