Lead Product Manager
Join a fast-growing cyber security technology business that’s helping organisations build stronger human defences against evolving threats. This is a pivotal leadership role where you’ll shape product strategy, influence business direction, and play a key part in scaling an established SaaS platform.
Location: Leeds, UK (Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office)
Package: £45,000–£55,000pa & benefits

Define and own the product vision, roadmap and long-term strategy.
Take full ownership of the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with customer needs and business goals.
Lead product discovery activities, including customer interviews, feedback sessions and market research.
Translate customer and commercial insights into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.
Work closely with development teams throughout the delivery lifecycle, supporting agile ceremonies and driving successful outcomes.
Make informed prioritisation decisions that balance customer value, technical feasibility and commercial impact.
Track product performance through KPIs and OKRs, using data to guide decision-making.
Collaborate with sales, customer success and marketing teams to support go-to-market initiatives and customer engagement.
Provide product expertise during customer conversations and help shape messaging around new features and releases.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to inform future product direction.
Mentor and support junior product team members while championing a product-led culture across the business.
Proven experience in a senior or lead product management role within a SaaS environment.
Strong background owning and managing complex product backlogs, including prioritisation frameworks and roadmap planning.
Demonstrable experience working closely with software development teams in agile environments.
Experience collaborating with commercial, sales and customer success teams to align product strategy with business objectives.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of customer discovery, user research and translating insights into product requirements.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence or equivalent product management platforms.
Confident using data, metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform decisions.
Background within B2B SaaS is essential.
Experience working on data-driven or AI-enabled products would be advantageous.
A technical background as a Product Engineer, Software Engineer or similar would be highly beneficial.
