The role
As a Lead Photographer in the HelloFresh Studio, you are part of our Photography team, working across food, product, lifestyle, and marketing productions. You are first and foremost an exceptional photographer with deep technical and visual expertise, setting the benchmark for photographic quality, craft, and production excellence across the Studio.
You lead through expertise, influence, and example, helping elevate the capabilities of the photography team while maintaining high standards across large-scale asset production. You play a key role in developing photographic talent, evolving ways of working, and driving continuous improvement.
You collaborate closely with Producers, Styling, Culinary, Post-production, and Creative teams to deliver high-quality and scalable visual production across multiple brands. You stay up to date with industry developments and actively support AI direction, experimentation, and content generation initiatives within the Studio and broader organization, helping translate new technologies into practical production workflows.
What you’ll do
Lead by example and continuously raise the bar for photographic quality and execution across the Studio
Execute and oversee food, product, lifestyle, and marketing photography to the highest commercial standards
Coach, mentor, and support photographers through feedback, knowledge sharing, and hands-on guidance to elevate overall team capability
Define, maintain, and continuously improve photographic standards, shooting guidelines, and best practices
Work together with Studio leadership to improve production quality, studio efficiency, and scalable ways of working
Collaborate closely with Art Direction, Styling, Culinary, Post-production, and Creative teams to ensure strong and consistent visual execution
Support complex productions and solve creative and technical and production challenges on set
Drive consistency across large asset volumes while maintaining visual excellence and
