The role
We’re hiring a Senior Manager to lead price and discount strategy for a portfolio of our global brands, owning both the strategy and execution of our experimentation and optimization roadmap. This is a high visibility, high impact role as we work cross functionally to ensure delivery of a world-class experience for our customers and drive profitable, long term growth for the business.
What you’ll do
Drive Strategic Initiatives: Lead the conceptualization, execution, and optimization of complex price and discount strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and market conditions and translating strategy into tangible action.
Advanced Testing & Analysis: Design, execute, and analyze innovative price and discount tests, utilizing advanced modeling techniques to generate actionable insights.
Market Leadership: Closely monitor market trends for portfolio markets, inflationary pressures, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
Thought Leadership: Identify new data-driven optimization opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with Data Science to build advanced segmentation models and enhance attribution, ensuring strategic alignment across customer journeys.
Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with senior leadership and global teams (e.g., Product, Marketing Analytics, Growth Marketing) to craft strategies and share recommendations that drive impactful decision-making.
What you’ll bring
5+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, or a price/discount-related role, with a strong track record of solving complex problems.
Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred in marketing, business or STEM-related fields (e.g. mathematics, engineering, computer science, economics, statistics, etc.)
Advanced analytical skills, including advanced command of Excel, SQL is a plus, with the ability to
