My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who require Lead Full Stack Engineers to join a business-critical programme for an end client within the public sector.

Key Requirements

Proven commercial experience working as a Lead Full Stack Engineer within the Public Sector.

Active SC Clearance.

Previous experience leading and coaching engineering teams, promoting good engineering practices, guiding technical decision-making, and contributing to the developer community.

Expertise in designing, building, and maintaining full-stack solutions for public-sector digital services, owning features from development through release.

The ability to select appropriate technologies and patterns, decide when and how software should be built, and ensure scalable, secure designs.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with clients and delivery teams in a fast-paced, contract-driven environment with high interaction and accountability.

Hands-on development using modern front-end and back-end technologies (e.g. TypeScript, React, Node/Java, APIs, databases).

Strong experience building and operating solutions in cloud environments (primarily AWS), using infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
