With a strong focus on modernisation and continuous improvement, they are looking to appoint a DevOps Lead to play a key role in shaping and scaling their platform and delivery practices.

As DevOps Lead, you will take ownership of the DevOps function, leading a small team and enabling the rapid, secure, and reliable delivery of technology services.
You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and product teams to align platform capabilities with wider business goals, while introducing and embedding best-in-class DevOps practices.

About You You’ll bring a strong mix of technical expertise, leadership capability, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for improving engineering outcomes.
Proven experience leading or building DevOps / SRE teams
Strong background in cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Deep expertise in CI/CD and automation tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, GitLab)
Experience with containerisation and PaaS platforms
Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g. Terraform)
Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python or similar)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience with container orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes)
Exposure to monitoring tools such as Datadog
