The Role Identify opportunities to apply AI, analytics, and digital tooling. Lead technical workstreams from design through to implementation. Work closely with client teams on site across the UK. Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. * Support the development of colleagues and digital practices.

Your Skills and Experience Strong commercial experience delivering digital or AI solutions end to end. Expertise in at least one of AI, data science, analytics, or digital engineering. Confident leading multi-disciplinary teams. Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * Flexible to travel to client sites across the UK.
