Lead Business Analyst/Business Architect 6 months initial 40% Onsite in Birmingham (Non Negotiable) Strong day rate (Inside IR35 via an Umbrella)

Our client, a large financial services company are looking for a Lead Business Analyst or a Business Architect to come in and do all things customer journey.

Experience required: - Candidates will need very strong stakeholder skills and must be happy speaking with C-Suite levels. - You'll need previous hands on experience mapping and building customer journeys. - Previous investments experience would be great as its mapping the wealth advice customer journeys for different customers. - Strong core Business Analyst skills or Business Architect skills.
