KYC & Data Remediation Analyst - Wealth Management

Marshall Wolfe are hiring on behalf of our investment banking client, who are hiring for a KYC & Data Remediation Analyst, within its Wealth Management division. This role will focus on a key project aimed at improving the accuracy, consistency and governance of institutional partner and client information across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a data remediation and documentation project across Wealth Management.

Review existing client and partner records, identifying data gaps, inconsistencies and standardisation opportunities.

Process and coordinate system updates to ensure accurate and complete client information.

Liaise with clients to obtain KYC documentation and supporting information where required.

Partner with Operations teams to manage approvals and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

Conduct quality assurance reviews to validate the accuracy and completeness of updates.

Create and maintain project documentation, playbooks and operational procedures.

Collaborate with sales teams, operations and stakeholders to resolve issues and support project delivery.

Requirements

Strong understanding of AML/KYC processes and account maintenance requirements.

Previous experience within Wealth Management, Financial Services, Operations, KYC, AML, Client Onboarding or Data Remediation.

Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Confident communicator with strong stakeholder and client engagement skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
