Job Description
Key Account Manager remote working
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of distributor, vending and foodservice accounts across the UK .
The role will focus on developing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving profitable sales growth within a fast-paced and competitive market.
Based in Harlow, Essex our client is happy for remote working with occassional visits to their office.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing customer accounts
Identify and win new business opportunities
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Deliver against sales targets and KPIs
Create account development plans and commercial proposals
Work closely with internal teams including sales, marketing, operations and supply chain
Monitor market trends, product development and customer needs
Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline reporting
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in account management or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills within packaging industries. (must have skill)
Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Self-motivated, organised and target driven
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Full UK driving licence preferred
