The role: What's in the Box

As a Junior Supply Chain Planner, you will join our Supply Chain Operations team to help manage the weekly cycle of purchasing the ingredients that fill our HelloFresh boxes. This is a hands-on role where you independently oversee the end-to-end ordering process, from delivery scheduling and shortage management to driving improvements in supplier performance.

You will act as a primary point of contact for our partners, ensuring that every shipment meets our standards for quality and timing. Your day-to-day focus centers on hitting clear performance targets, specifically maintaining high OTIFIQ (On Time, In Full, In Quality) levels while actively working to reduce error rates and food waste. We are looking for a practical problem-solver who enjoys taking ownership of a fast-moving process and contributing to a more efficient, sustainable supply chain.

What you’ll do: The Recipe

Portfolio Management: Oversee purchase orders for our European "Conventional Cluster," ensuring all ingredients meet our delivery timelines and quality standards.

Operational Point of Contact: Serve as the primary link between suppliers and our production teams to coordinate all day-to-day operational matters.

Relationship Development: Build and maintain collaborative, long-term partnerships with our supplier base.

Process Optimization: Identify and implement practical improvements to refine our supply chain workflows and increase efficiency.

Order Accuracy: Monitor order flows closely to maintain high service levels and minimize discrepancies in the supply chain.

What you’ll bring: The Ingredients

Educational Background: Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Professional Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience, ideally within a fast-paced logistics or procurement environment.

Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel; you are comfortable using data to track performance and inform your decisions.
