The Role (What’s in the Box)
As a Junior Production / Operations Planner, you will help ensure daily production runs smoothly and efficiently. You will translate demand forecasts into clear production plans while balancing capacity, workforce availability, and operational constraints. Working closely with Production, Warehouse, Workforce Planning, and Supply Chain teams, you will help coordinate operations and support continuous improvements across the planning process. This role offers a great opportunity to develop analytical and operational planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll do : The Recipe
Daily Production Planning
Create and maintain detailed production plans based on demand forecasts and operational requirements.
Translate forecasts into executable production schedules aligned with capacity and workforce availability.
Monitor production plan adherence and adjust schedules when deviations occur.
Support operational teams to ensure efficient and reliable production flow.
Data Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Maintain accurate master data in planning systems and validate production parameters.
Contribute to the standardization and improvement of planning processes.
Collaborate with Production, Workforce Planning, Warehouse, and Supply Chain teams to ensure operational alignment.
Provide planning insights and data analysis to support operational reviews.
What you’ll bring: The Ingredients
A degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or Databricks is a plus.
Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure while maintaining accuracy.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
