About the role: What's in the Box
As a Junior Manager of Price & Discount Strategy (all genders), you will shape how millions of customers experience our product, driving one of the company’s most impactful levers of growth: pricing and discounts. Challenges you’ll solve include: price positioning, cost-efficient customer acquisition, customer incentive designing and leveraging AI tooling to arrive at pricing insights and solutions faster.
In this role, you will be part of the Global Price & Discount Strategy Team, providing support to our market leaders across our full global portfolio - including our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as Factor, GreenChef, EveryPlate, Chef's Plate, and Youfoodz. You'll work closely with stakeholders from multiple countries and teams such as Product, Marketing Analytics, and Paid Marketing, making this a unique opportunity to develop strategic thinking, analytical depth, and cross-functional skills from day one.
What you’ll do: The Recipe
Support market strategy execution: Monitor performance and competitor landscapes across key markets, and help translate insights into actionable price & discount strategies alongside senior managers.
Assist with experiments: Support the design, alignment, and execution of A/B tests that validate new pricing and promotional approaches, and ensure learnings are rigorously captured and documented.
Drive operational excellence: Take ownership of operational workstreams - from data preparation and reporting to stakeholder coordination - ensuring senior managers can focus on strategic decisions.
Contribute to frameworks & playbooks: Help develop and maintain best practices, toolkits, and
scalable approaches that improve how we set prices and run promotions across all markets.
Own special projects end-to-end: Take full ownership of selected projects — whether analytical deep-dives or process improvements — and drive them from start to finish.
