Job Description

Junior People Partner - SumUp Pay

Team description

SumUp is building a full-featured personal account for consumers across Europe- making it easy to spend globally, manage money, and get rewarded for everyday spending.

As our dedicated People Partner for SumUp Pay, you'll work closely with the Tribe Lead and senior leaders to build and execute a people agenda that's genuinely fit for an incubation-stage team, not a copy-paste of company-wide processes. This is a rare opportunity to shape how a fast-moving, high-priority team hires, develops, and grows its people from the ground up, with real ownership and direct influence from day one.
