Junior HR Business Partner

Agreat opportunity to join a fast past business in a growing HR Team.

This is a brand new role working closely with the HRBP's in a generalist capacity for all aspects of HR including:

Employee Relations casework

Partnering with Managers across the business for all HR matters

Coach, guide and upskill managers

Induction and onboarding into the business.

Supporting with review of HR policies and procedures in line with legislation

Supporting the implementation and roll out into the business of a new HRIS

HR projects

Travel across the UK as and when required

Based out of the Leeds Office 4 days per week with 1 day WFH

Salary £35-40k depending on experience
