We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Analyse financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the preparation of management reports and presentations.
Help with the development and maintenance of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and provide insights on variances.
Collect, organise, and maintain financial data from various sources.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information in systems and reports.
Provide analytical support for business decisions by creating models, scenarios, or projections.
Collaborate with other departments to gather relevant data for decision-making processes.
Assist in ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the finance function.
Participate in special projects as assigned by the finance team or management.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas)
Familiarity with financial software or ERP systems is a plus (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Strong numerical aptitude with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
