About the team
The Media Strategy & Partnerships team sits at the heart of SumUp’s Central Marketing function, managing large-scale brand campaigns and a growing portfolio of multi-year partnerships across Europe. The team is responsible for turning marketing strategy into real, measurable outcomes — from pan-EU brand campaigns to co-branded activations with major partners. This is a role for someone who wants to get stuck into the full campaign lifecycle from day one, working alongside experienced senior managers on work that directly shapes how millions of people experience the SumUp brand.
What you’ll do
Support the planning and execution of brand campaigns and partnership deliverables across multiple channels, including TV, OOH, radio, paid social, etc.
Coordinate timelines, stakeholder approvals, and asset delivery to keep campaigns on track and on budget.
Maintain budget trackers, process invoices, and run simple cost analyses to support financial decision-making.
Update and manage media plans, flagging gaps or risks to senior colleagues in good time.
Own single-channel or single-asset tasks end-to-end — from brief through to delivery — using standard templates and processes consistently.
Contribute to campaign reporting, retrospectives, and performance monitoring to help the team learn and improve.
What we’re looking for…
Experience supporting marketing campaigns, partnerships, activations, or events, with a good understanding of how campaigns come together from brief to delivery.
Strong numerical confidence and comfort managing budgets in Excel — this is a non-negotiable part of the day-to-day.
Ability to juggle multiple workstreams, keep things organised, and communicate clearly with a broad range of stakeholders.
