Junior Business Analyst

Junior Business Analyst Location: Bradford Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support business improvement and change initiatives across a nationwide organisation.

You will work with teams across operations, finance, technology and sales to analyse data, understand business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and performance. Key Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements.

Analyse operational and commercial data to identify trends and opportunities.

Create reports and dashboards using Excel and/or Power BI.

Map existing processes and identify areas for improvement.

Support projects, system changes and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Prepare process documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Work with stakeholders to develop practical business solutions.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators.

Essential Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good Microsoft Excel skills.

Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong organisational and time-management skills.

Interest in business improvement, data and technology.

Desirable Skills

Power BI and/or SQL experience.

Knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies.

Experience with process mapping, UAT or Agile.

Experience within recruitment, logistics, operations or a service-based environment.
