As a Junior Growth Affiliate Manager you’ll play a key role in driving the next phase of growth for the Affiliates channel within the HelloFresh Group. Data is at the core of this role, so the ability to handle mid-level data measurement and thrive within commercial guardrails and targets is essential. You will support the expansion of our acquisition ecosystem by growing our existing affiliate marketing channel, driving smart efficiency and growth decisions for the UK for both HelloFresh and Green Chef. You will have a deep understanding of the numbers at all times, acting with reactiveness to shifts day to day. You’ll collaborate closely with local and global Growth Partnerships teams, bringing an innovative, commercial mindset to the channel.
To succeed, you’ll bring hands‑on experience in affiliates and/or partnerships, strong relationship‑building skills, and strategic thinking that fuels long‑term, sustainable growth.
What You Will Be Doing
Support the Growth Partnerships Manager in driving objectives and targets on a monthly basis for the affiliates channel.
Prospecting, pitching, and securing new acquisition‑focused partnerships.
Bringing ideas on best practice for team processes, tools and reporting to drive efficiency.
Manage the housing and optimisation of partner offers to deliver partner value and grow platform reach.
Measurement & analysis against affiliates with a reactive and commercially strategic mindset, negotiating on cost mechanics and pivoting when needed.
Share insights, learnings, and best practices with wider local and international markets to enhance global performance, along with adopting global learnings for local success.
Who You Are
Ideally you have a background in affiliates, performance partnerships, growth marketing, or data handling.
Growth mindset: commercially strategic with a strong foundation in measurement (COS/ROI, CAC, LTV are essential, CVA/CCV is desired), efficiency, incrementality and negotiation.
