Unser SMB Account Management Team arbeitet mit kleinen und mittelgroßen Restaurantpartnern in ganz Deutschland. Diese Rolle ist Teil des Teams, das unsere Standorte in Süddeutschland betreut. Gemeinsam helfen wir unseren Partnern, ihre Performance zu verbessern, die Kundenerfahrung zu stärken und mehr Wert aus den Produkten und Services von Wolt zu ziehen.

Über die Rolle

Als Junior Account Manager*in übernimmst du die tägliche Betreuung eines Portfolios lokal relevanter Restaurantpartner, nachdem sie bei Wolt gestartet sind. Du bist ihre wichtigste Ansprechperson und unterstützt sie dabei, ihre Performance zu verstehen, operative Herausforderungen zu lösen und Wachstumspotenziale durch Daten, Kampagnen und Wolts kommerzielle Tools zu nutzen.
