We are looking for a collaborative and forward-thinking IT Systems Engineer to take ownership of our core Identity and Access Management platform, Entra ID. You will join a highly skilled team of Systems Engineers who manage our internal infrastructure, systems, and automation to keep the business running smoothly. Our team plays a vital role in enabling everyone across the organization to work securely, efficiently, and productively

This is an impactful role where you will maintain key identity services, champion modern practices, follow industry standards, and help us make full use of the latest platform features . A key focus will be developing and improving our automation workflows, particularly those built with Azure Logic Apps, to deliver a seamless employee lifecycle experience and ensure our identity systems remain robust, scalable, and ready for global growth.

What you’ll be doing

Platform Ownership: Shape the direction, deployment, and operational success of our core Entra ID platform, ensuring we follow industry standards and leverage modern features. This includes evaluating, configuring, and managing core systems and scalable SaaS solutions from architecture to integration.

Automation & Lifecycle: Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of critical automation workflows, including those using Azure Logic Apps, to deliver a seamless and efficient employee lifecycle experience.

Security & Compliance: Ensure system compliance and security standards are met to align the platform with global audit and regulatory requirements.

Incident Response: Act as part of a responsive team for system and security incident
