What's the opportunity?

At Intercom you’ll be a Systems Engineer in IT, you will work on evolving our IT infrastructure with a focus on deliverability, identity & access management and compliance. What will I be doing?

Identify and solve team, organisational, and business automation and integration problems.

Design, build, and own efficient and easy-to-maintain automations and integrations that address challenges and improve our posture in identity & access management, endpoint management, security, compliance and enterprise email deliverability.
