Robert Half are supporting our client with a sarch for an IT Support Engineer, supporting users across sites around Birmingham. Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for hardware, software and network issues
Train users and develop training materials
Assist with programming, scripting and application development
Support the integration of third-party software and systems
Develop client-facing IT solutions where required
Liaise with external software suppliers and service providers
Manage multiple tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met
Requirement
Experience supporting users with hardware and software issues
Experience working within a small IT team and managing multiple priorities
Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
IT qualifications or demonstrable IT experience and training
A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn
