IT Support Engineer

Robert Half are support a client to recruit for an IT Support Engineer. As part of the IT Services Team, you will provide day-to-day IT support to colleagues across Microsoft 365 and internal systems. Key Responsibilities

Manage helpdesk tickets and resolve IT issues efficiently

Support laptops, monitors, docks and meeting room equipment

Provide support for corporate iPhones and personal devices

Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues

Manage user accounts for new starters and leavers

Keep IT asset records up to date

Provide basic IT inductions for new users

Manage Teams, Exchange Online groups and distribution lists

Assist with IT equipment rollouts and office projects

Support users with Microsoft 365 and internal applications

Help maintain the helpdesk, automated processes and phishing awareness systems

Embrace new technologies, including automation and AI

About You You will be organised, detail-focused and customer-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. You should be comfortable supporting users and keen to learn new technologies. Experience Required

At least 3 years of hands-on IT support experience

Active Directory administration

Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 support

Laptop hardware support

Ticket-based helpdesk systems

Video conferencing equipment

Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

Desirable

Azure and Azure AD

Microsoft or CompTIA qualifications

iPhone and iOS support

Power Automate

Software testing

ITIL
