IT Support Analyst

Robert Half are working to recruit for an IT Support Analyst to join a team based in Manchester.

This role suits someone with strong communication skills, a collaborative and sociable approach to relationships and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

An overview of the role is as follows below

Providing 1 and 2 Line Support, covering software, hardware with digital and face-to-face resolution

Escalating upwards to 3 line where necessary

Maintaining accurate ticketing records and support cases

A strong focus on customer service, driven by quality-oriented support and strong internal and external relationships

Works closely with managers and other business stakeholders to support wider IT requirements and communicate updates effectively

IT Support Analyst role providing 1st and 2nd line support for users across hardware, software, and remote working issues

Technical competencies

Essential

Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central

Understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems

Desirable

Experience with EPOS systems

Microsoft Cloud Platforms, Azure AD and Entra

Basic Networking knowledge
