About the Team
The IT Core Finance squad owns and runs the information systems that power Doctolib's Finance function across France, Germany, Italy and the Netherlands: Accounting (GL, AP, AR), Sourcing & Procurement, Travel & Expenses, Treasury, FP&A, Consolidation, Internal Control and Internal Audit. The squad's stack centers on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, SAP Integration Suite and SAP BTP, alongside Pivot, Concur, Egencia, and Spendesk, plus integrations into business-critical systems like Workday and Zuora.
About the Role
As IT Squad Lead, you'll be the main IT point of contact for Doctolib's Finance business teams, and the direct manager of a 4-person squad building and running the systems that keep Finance running smoothly across our four countries — systems that, in turn, support every healthcare professional and patient who relies on Doctolib.
You'll set the technical direction for a critical part of our information system, shape a quarterly roadmap that leadership relies on, and grow a squad you'll help shape from day one. It's a rare mix — hands-on enough to stay close to the architecture your team ships, senior enough to negotiate trade-offs directly with Finance leadership, and high-impact enough that your calls shape how smoothly Finance runs across four countries.
We're looking for someone genuinely energized by that mix — as comfortable running an architecture review as a steering committee, and excited to build both a system and a team with real autonomy.
What You'll Do
Lead the squad
Directly manage 4 people: hire, onboard, coach and develop the team.
Act as a business partner to Finance teams, not a pure IT executor.
Lead multiple projects at once, owning end-to-end delivery within scope, budget and timeline.
Own the roadmap and the budget
Translate the Core Finance IT strategic plan into a quarterly roadmap: identify, prioritize and resource projects.
Own project and squad budgets, and keep financial commitments on track.
Run steering
