CRM Business Analyst

Robert Half are working with a London based organisation that is currently reviewing and evolving their CRM landscape. They are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with significant and varied CRM experience to support a short term engagement focused on discovery, assessment, and CRM selection.

This role will suit a hands on Business Analyst who has been through multiple CRM discovery/selection exercises and is comfortable operating at pace in a change driven environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end CRM discovery activities, engaging stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, pain points, and future needs

Drive and support CRM selection processes, including requirements definition, options analysis, vendor evaluation, and recommendations

Bring practical experience from working across multiple CRM platforms, offering informed insight into suitability and trade-offs

Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walk through sessions with business and technical stakeholders

Produce high-quality documentation such as business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and selection criteria

Act as a bridge between business users, technology teams, and external vendors

Support decision making around CRM strategy, tooling, and next steps

Required Experience

Strong background as a Business Analyst with deep CRM experience

Proven track record of having led an end-to-end CRM project in an SME environment

Clear understanding of CRM capabilities across sales, service, marketing, and customer data

Confident stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
