Michael Page is recruiting for an IT Business Analyst role within the business services industry.
Description
Analyse and document business requirements to support technology projects.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise solutions.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop clear and concise process documentation and workflows.
Support testing and validation of new systems or updates.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks.
Provide ongoing support and training to ensure successful implementation.
Profile
Proven experience in a similar IT or business analysis role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Experience with process mapping and workflow tools.
Knowledge of technology solutions relevant to the business services industry.
Job Offer
Daily rate: £450 to £550 outside IR35, dependent on the level of experience.
Temporary contract offering flexibility.
