IT Analyst

We're partnering with a leading professional services organisation to recruit an IT Analyst for their Manchester based IT Service team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in hands-on IT support who enjoys providing exceptional customer service and wants to broaden their technical skills across a modern Microsoft technology environment.

You will act as a key point of contact for employees across the business, delivering high quality technical support both remotely and face-to-face. Working as part of a collaborative IT Service team, you'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring excellent service delivery and user satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support

Managing incidents and service requests through to resolution

Supporting desktop PCs, laptops, mobile devices and printers

Administering user accounts and assisting with server-related tasks

Supporting Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel

Supporting Windows Desktop and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments

Maintaining accurate documentation and knowledge articles

Assisting with IT projects and continuous service improvements

If you possess a combination of the following skills, then LET'S TALK!

Previous experience in a hands-on IT support role

Strong customer service or IT service desk skills

Experience with Active Directory user administration

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments

A proactive approach and strong attention to detail

The ability to manage workloads effectively and work to service targets and SLAs

The following skills would be advantageous but not essential

Experience within a professional services environment

Exposure to legal sector applications

Microsoft certifications or equivalent technical qualifications

Experience supporting users across multiple office locations
