About the opportunity
The IIT - Tech Coordinator is a member of the IT Procurement & Operations team, which plays a crucial role within the Internal IT segment. This function focuses on strategically purchasing hardware and software licenses to meet the organization's technology requirements. This team plays a key role in ensuring compliance with established guidelines and purchasing procedures throughout supplier negotiations, contributing to efficient and cost-effective procurement processes.
Collaboration is at the heart of the team's operations, as they work closely with our accounting and sourcing teams to align procurement activities with the company's financial strategies and sourcing agreements. Furthermore, the IT Procurement & Operations team oversees relationships with external partners, ensuring that vendors adhere to the organization's standards for quality and service. They are also responsible for procuring hardware in accordance with the organization's demands and needs.
