We're looking for an Internal Communications Manager who is ready to take ownership of an organisation's internal communications function. This isn't a role where you'll be managing a team. Instead, you'll be trusted to lead the internal communications agenda, working independently while being part of a wider communications and marketing function.

Description
Leading day-to-day internal communications activity
Creating engaging content across a range of channels
Managing and developing internal communication platforms
Supporting engagement, culture and change initiatives
Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation
Using feedback and insight to continually improve communications
Ownership of the strategy
Profile
You'll be a confident communicator with strong writing skills and a hands-on approach.
Have experience in internal communications, employee engagement or corporate communications
Enjoy creating and delivering communications themselves
Are comfortable working independently and managing priorities
Have worked in lean teams or standalone roles where they've had to make things happen
Are looking for ownership and accountability, rather than people management
Come with high energy and enthusiasm that will be felt across the team
Job Offer
Salary between £50,000 and £55,000 dependent on the level of experience.
