Description
Manage and nurture an existing portfolio of clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services within the transport and distribution industry.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
Monitor client accounts to ensure they remain profitable and aligned with company goals.
Prepare regular reports on client activity and performance metrics.
Stay updated on industry trends to identify potential business opportunities.
Ensure all client information is accurately recorded and maintained in the CRM system.
Profile
Proven experience in account management or a related sales role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
A customer-focused approach with a track record of building lasting relationships.
An understanding of the transport and distribution industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Job Offer
A competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £30,000 GBP per annum.
