Description
Lead the delivery of integrated marketing, communications and digital campaigns that support organisational growth and recruitment objectives.
Provide day-to-day leadership, management and development of the marketing team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and campaigns.
Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy focused on improving engagement, conversion and overall performance.
Oversee website development, user experience, content optimisation, SEO and digital best practice.
Lead the implementation, optimisation and effective use of CRM systems, ensuring data, automation and reporting support strategic decision-making.
Use analytics, insights and performance data to evaluate campaigns, identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Manage external agencies, suppliers and creative partners to deliver high-quality marketing activity and value for money.
Act as a guardian of the organisation's brand, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity and communications across all channels.
Profile
Proven experience leading marketing and communications functions, with responsibility for delivering successful campaigns and organisational objectives.
Strong people management skills with experience developing, motivating and leading high-performing teams.
Demonstrable expertise in digital marketing, including website optimisation, SEO, content strategy and campaign delivery.
Experience implementing and optimising CRM platforms to improve engagement, conversion and reporting outcomes.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data, insights and reporting tools to inform decisions and improve performance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across an organisation.
Hands-on and proactive leader who can balance strategic planning with operational delivery in a fast-paced environment.
