Interim FP&A Manager

An exciting opportunity for a career interim FP&A professional to join a growing, consumer-focused organisation on an initial six-month assignment. You'll partner with senior stakeholders to deliver actionable insight, support planning activities and influence commercial decision-making.

Description

Deliver commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.

Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities.

Partner with senior stakeholders to drive performance improvement.

Develop reporting and analysis that enhances business visibility.

Identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.

Support continuous improvement across financial planning and reporting processes.

Influence decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a commercially focused interim finance professional with strong FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance experience gained within a fast-paced consumer or FMCG environment.

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent experience).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.

The ability to translate complex data into meaningful commercial insight.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

A proactive, hands-on approach and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.

Experience developing reporting and performance analysis to support business performance and growth.

Experience within food, drink or FMCG sectors would be highly advantageous.

Job Offer

Initial six-month interim assignment with an August start.

Competitive day rate of £400-500 per day (Inside IR35).

Predominantly remote role, with some onsite time required initially and as needed thereafter.
