The Role
We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Insolvency Consultant (Telesales Executive) to join our growing team in our new Garforth office. This role involves contacting businesses who have recently received County Court Judgments (CCJs) and offering our expert support services. You’ll be the first point of contact, building relationships with directors and decision-makers and explaining how we can help them take control of their situation.

Standard Monday–Friday, 37.5 hour working week – no weekends

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to companies who have received CCJs
Engage with business owners and directors, explaining our services clearly and professionally
Build rapport, qualify leads, and book follow-up appointments for our insolvency practitioners
Work to agreed KPIs and sales targets
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
About You
Proven experience in telesales, outbound calling, or a similar business development role
Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient
Able to work independently in a home-based role
Professional, empathetic, and able to handle sensitive situations with care
