About the Role

As an Insights Analyst, you will work closely with key stakeholders across the organisation to deliver meaningful, data-driven insights that support operational performance and business objectives.

You will be responsible for analysing complex datasets, identifying trends and opportunities, and presenting actionable recommendations that influence decision-making at all levels of the business.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation, excellent analytical skills, and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders whilst managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations to support business performance monitoring.

Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver valuable business insights.

Translate technical findings into clear, meaningful recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Build and optimise data models to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.

Support ongoing business improvement initiatives through robust analysis and performance reporting.

Ensure high standards of data quality, governance, and accuracy.

Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner.

Strong experience using

Power BI Desktop

Power BI Service

Power Query

Experience developing interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.

Solid SQL skills and experience working with multiple databases and data sources.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.

High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a wider team.

Experience managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to tell a compelling story through data.
