The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales growth by actively engaging with potential customers primarily through phone calls, emails, and online communications. This role focuses on lead generation, relationship building, and converting prospects into customers. The Inside Sales Associate collaborates closely with the sales and onboarding teams to achieve sales targets and support overall business objectives. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced sales environment.

What you’ll be doing

Acquisition of new partners (restaurants and retail) who would like to voluntarily join Wolt (inbound deals).

Qualifying leads to assess their potential as customers

Converting leads into prospective deals and successfully transitioning them into closed, won deals.

Conducting back-to-back meetings with partners, mainly via telephone.

Negotiating prices and terms in order to prepare sales agreements.

Supporting the Merchant Sales team with other ad-hoc tasks.

Participating in company meetings with sales leadership and other sales representatives.

Managing ongoing communication with prospect clients to keep them informed of new product updates, promotio
