You'll play a key role in protecting business-critical systems, operational technology and data by monitoring security controls, assessing risk, supporting audits and driving cyber security best practice across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative security team working in a complex, enterprise environment. What you'll do
Monitor and improve information security controls across the IT estate.
Support risk assessments, internal audits and compliance activities.
Investigate security incidents, phishing reports and alerts.
Produce regular security reporting, metrics and risk updates.
Support vulnerability management and security testing.
Deliver cyber security awareness initiatives and training.
Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to strengthen security governance.
Maintain security documentation and provide guidance on security best practice.
What you'll bring
Previous experience in an Information Security, Cyber Security or IT Security Analyst role.
Strong understanding of security principles including risk management, vulnerability management, incident response and access control.
Knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST or Cyber Essentials.
Experience with common security technologies such as endpoint protection, firewalls, authentication and logging tools.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, SC-900, Network+ or ISO 27001 are desirable.
