Ready to own your own Financial Planning business?
This opportunity is designed for experienced employed Financial Advisers who want to transition into owning their own Ltd company — with backing, structure, and a safer route than going it alone.
Advisers operate as director-owners of their own businesses, supported by the firms established infrastructure covering regulation, compliance, technology, and operational support. This allows advisers to focus on clients, planning, and growth, while building genuine long-term value.
Proven adviser success
One adviser joined the framework 38 months ago after leaving an employed role. Today, their business generates £700,000+ per year in recurring fees, employs three staff, and operates as a profitable, scalable firm with a clear long-term exit path.
Why advisers choose this model
Business funding (not personal debt) to support the transition
A reasonable living wage during the early years up to £100,000
FCA permissions, compliance oversight, and PI insurance
White-labelled CRM, planning tools, and client portal
Marketing, paraplanning, and practice-management support
Real business ownership with equity and exit value
Who this suits
This is best suited to advisers who are technically strong, commercially minded, and motivated to build a business rather than remain employed long-term.
