About The Role Inbound Telesales Advisor Skelmersdale Full Time, Permanent
Join Our Growing Sales Team Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We're looking for an enthusiastic Inbound Sales Advisor to join our fast-paced team in Skelmersdale.
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about our products and services. Working with small and medium-sized businesses, you'll manage inbound enquiries, identify cross-selling opportunities, and guide customers through the full sales journey from initial enquiry to close. Handle a high volume of inbound calls, emails and web enquiries, alongside outbound follow-up activity.
Provide quotations and information on products and services.
Build strong relationships with business decision-makers and overcome barriers to sale.
Maximise revenue through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Maintain an active pipeline of short and long-term prospects.
Accurately record customer interactions and sales activity within CRM systems.
Manage scheduled call-backs and customer expectations throughout the sales process.
Work towards sales, conversion and activity KPIs.
Complete required compliance documentation and risk assessments.
Contribute positively to a collaborative "One Team" culture focused on continuous improvement.
Previous telesales experience with a track record of achieving targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
A professional and confident telephone manner.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Good attention to detail and the ability to manage administrative tasks effectively.
Strong verbal, written and numerical skills.
A positive, proactive and customer-focused approach.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new CRM systems quickly.
A team-oriented attitude and a desire to succeed in a target-driven environment.
A good salary of £26,144 with OTE £34,000 in a permanent full-time position.
