As we continue to scale across the DACH market, we're looking for a driven and customer-focused Inbound Sales Representative to engage directly with merchants, help them discover the right SumUp products, and grow our presence in one of Europe's most dynamic regions.

Your Mission

Own the full sales cycle by qualifying inbound leads, engaging prospects via phone and email, delivering consultations, and closing new business.

Act as a trusted advisor by understanding merchants' needs and recommending the right SumUp solutions, including card readers, POS, software, and business services.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and consultations that clearly showcase the value of SumUp.

Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Collaborate closely with your colleagues in our Berlin office, share best practices, and contribute to a high-performing sales culture.

Capture customer insights and feedback to help continuously improve our sales approach across the DACH region.
